The Exchange is a three-story building located in the bustling community of Winter Garden. Anchored between the well-attended Farmers Market, Splash Pad and City Hall, the building architecture will pay respect to the small-town charm of Winter Garden.
The building features modern office space on the second and third floors, with a mix of restaurants and small shop retail users on the first floor. The upper two floors contain the largest contiguous office space available in downtown Winter Garden. It is accessed via Tremaine Drive and Plant Street, offering tenants state-of-the-art finishes and elevator lobbies. The floors are designed with large column spacing allowing for tenants ranging from 2,500 SF up to 14,000 SF per floor. The ground floor space is designed to accommodate a variety of restaurant space up to 7,000 SF and retail space ranging from 1,000 SF up to 4,000 SF.
Nestled on beautiful Lake Apopka, 20 minutes west of Orlando, this former citrus town is home to almost 40,000 residents. The Historic Downtown, listed on the National Registry of Historic Places, is a favorite destination for West Orange residents and those traveling the award-winning West Orange Trail, soon to be part of the 250-mile Coast to Coast (C2C) Trail.
Winter Garden is one of Orlando’s most desirable places to live. It is known for its warm charm, great schools, and for being one of the lowest millage rates in Orange County, all while enjoying a superior quality of life. The thriving business community is comprised mostly of small businesses all set within Winter Garden’s historical downtown perimeter. The City’s proximity to Orlando and the theme parks has made it an ideal spot for continued growth.
The Exchange is currently being built along Plant Street in the heart of Downtown Winter Garden, Florida. Construction groundbreaking took place in early 2020 with the building being completed in the summer of 2021.
